Technical Manager

  • Setup and maintain Windows 98 and NT 4.0 peer-to-peer and client/server networks for the South Florida AIR Credit branch office.
  • Responsible for client site evaluation of hardware and software compatibility, client site hardware and software upgrade recommendations, setup, maintenance, and training on AIR Credit software.
  • Technical writer for AIR Credit. Created software training and installation manuals for client usage as well as interoffice procedural guidelines.
  • Manage the day to day needs of approximately 80 accounts including new software installation and upgrades, end user help desk support, and assist mortgage broker(s) to better understand the guidelines set forth by the three major credit reporting agencies: Trans Union, Experion, and Equifax.
